Shelley has been living gluten free for the last 15+ years. She received her health coach training with Institute for Intergrative Nutrition and Dr. Tom O'Bryan's Certified Gluten Free Practitioner Program. Shelley is also, a board certified massage therapist and lymphatic therapist. She enjoys working with clients to help them achive their health and wellness goals.
